On Monday, November 27, 2023, 6th district officers arrested the offender Richard Renzo (AKA Richard White) at 800 Market St at 3:09 a.m., for a grand larceny warrant out of New York City. He is also wanted on an open probation warrant out of Philadelphia. The officers transported the male to Jefferson Hospital for injury that occurred prior to police contact. The male fled the hospital. The investigation is active and ongoing with Central Detectives.
