The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing endangered person, Charles Whitters. Whitters was last seen on Saturday, August 24, 2024, at his residence on the 2400 block of S. Bancroft St.
He is described as a 42-year-old white male, approximately 5’10†tall and weighing 160 lbs. He may be wearing blue shorts and a grey hooded sweatshirt. Whitters has a septum piercing and multiple tattoos. He has an anchor tattooed on his right hand, a treasure chest on his left hand, and a Gritty tattoo on his forearm.
