The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing endangered person, Estelle Randall.
Estelle Randall is 76-year-old female, 5’8†tall, weighing 125 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.
Estelle was last seen on August 5, 2024, at 7:35 PM at her residence on 52xx Cedar Avenue. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a brown shirt, green/yellow pants, a purple bonnet, and glasses.
