The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating missing endangered person Hector Lozano. Hector was last seen June 17, 2024, at 2:00 PM on the 26xx block of N. 7th St.
He is 76 years-of-age, 5’3â€, 130 lbs., brown eyes, gray/shoulder length hair, and was last seen wearing a red shirt and tan pants and walks with the assistance of a walker.
