The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing endangered person Richard Campbell. Richard was last seen June 28, 2024, at 12:47am on the 11xx block of E Upsal St.
Richard is 40 years-of-age, 6’2”,180lbs, bald, brown eyes, glasses and was last seen wearing gray boxers, long white socks and black shoes
