The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing endangered person, Sarah Elizabeth Haynes. Sarah was last seen leaving her residence in the 11XX block of North Lee Street on August 17, 2024, at approximately 8:30 AM.
Sarah is 30 years old, approximately 5’5†tall, and weighs around 155 pounds. She has blue eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a green long-sleeve shirt, black jeans, and black boots.
