The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating missing endangered person Taylor Parrish. Taylor was last seen August 27, 2024, at 7:20AM on the 12xx block of S. 15th St.
He is 54 years-of-age, 5’11, 254 lbs., brown hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a navy-blue jacket with white stripes, dark blue jeans, white and silver sneakers.
