The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing endangered person Thomas Hom. Thomas was last seen on July 16, 2024, at 3:00 pm on the 18xx block of North Street.
Thomas Edney is 74 years-of-age, and was last seen wearing light yellow shirt, army light green shorts.
