The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. 15-year-old Charlie Miles was last seen on Friday, May 24, 2024, at 10:30 a.m., on the 20XX block of East Clementine Street.
She is 5′ 4″, 110 lbs., blue eyes, short curly brown hair and was last seen wearing a grey tank top, black jeans, and black color Van loafers.
