The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile, Curtis Kelly. Curtis was last seen by his mother on July 28, 2024, when he left their residence 55xx Wyalusing Avenue.
Curtis is a 15-year-old male, standing 5’10†tall and weighing 135 pounds.
