The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the community’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile Elijah Batts. Elijah was last seen June 3, 2024, at 11:00am on the 16xx block of W. Thompson St. Elijah maybe in the area of Broad St and Allegheny Ave.
Elijah is a 17 years-of-age, 5’07â€, 220lbs.
