The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the community’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile Izeem Taylor. Izeem was last seen at his residence on the 2500 block of West Oakdale Street.
Izeem is a 15-year-old male, standing 5’7” and weighing 189 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing black and white New Balance track pants, gray, black, and white New Balance sneakers, and carrying a navy blue Under Armour book bag.
