The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. 12-year-old Joseph Maccari was last seen on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at 9:30 a.m., on the 20XX block of West Cheltenham Avenue.
He is 5′ 3″, and 85 lbs. His clothing description is unknown at this time.
