The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old missing juvenile Kayla Davis. Kayla was last seen December 20, 2023, at 8:00 AM on the 21xx block of S. Opal St.
She is 4’11”, 115lbs, thin build, and was last seen wearing black Nike tights, stonewashed “Nirvana” sweatshirt, black jacket, grey Ugg boots. She may have boarded the 110 Septa bus to go to Upper Darby High School.
