The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s help in locating missing juvenile L’oshai Harris. L’oshai was last seen August 14, 2024, at 11:00am on the 22xx block of McClellan St.
L’oshai is 16 years-of-age, 6’0”, 180lbs, dark complexion, black hair, brown eyes with a slight beard. His clothing description is unknown. He is known to frequent 60th & Woodland Ave and 13th & Webster St.
