The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. 13-year-old Melinda Mendez was last seen on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at 6:30 a.m., on the 19XX block of South Croskey Street.
She is 5′ 0″, and 79 lbs. She was last seen wearing a white hooded sweatshirt with the Stitch character, black leggings, black Converse sneakers, black framed glasses and carrying dark colored book bag. She likes to frequent FDR Park and South Philadelphia area.
