The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile, Phatias Muldrow. On Friday, August 3, 2024, Phatias left her home at 31XX Weymouth Strest.
Phatiaa is a 15-year-old Black female with black hair and brown eyes. She is 5’5″ tall and weighing 160 pounds. She was last seen wearing a dark grey sweatshirt, a black top, and a white bonnet.
