The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile Sandra McCoy. Sandra was last seen July 1, 2024, at 5:00pm on the 18xx block of E Pacific St.
She is 14 years-of-age, 5’3″, 85 lbs., burgundy hair, brown eyes, wears a Pandora bracelet, and has nose and ear piercings. Sandra could be in the area of the 14xx block of S 24th St.
