The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile Yusuf Williams-Bay. Yusuf was last seen September 19, 2024, at 10:20 am, on the 21xx block of N 19th St.
He is 12 years-of-age, 5’10” 140 lbs., black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing green pants, black shirt with green writing and green and white New Balance sneakers. He frequents
the area of 1200 W Susquehanna St and McDonalds at 1501 W Diamond Street.
