The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the community’s help in locating a missing juvenile Zahkiya Perkins. Zahkiya was last seen June 13, 2024, at 5:11 pm on the 4xx block of Locust Ave.
Zahkiya is 16 years old, 5’4â€, 195 lbs., medium build, brown eyes, long brown hair, tattoo on left arm. Her clothing description is unknown.
