The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating missing person Ashay Burgess. Ashay was last seen March 18, 2024, at 12:00 PM, on the 33xx block of N. Hancock Street. Ashay frequents the West Philly and/or Kensington Areas.
She is 4’11”, 115 lbs., brown hair, black hair and was last seen wearing blue shorts, black shirt and green shoes.
