The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Ashley Oteri was last seen on August 29, 2024, at approximately 8:00 AM on the 200 block of South 8th Street. She has not been heard from since and is considered missing.
The complainant is described as follows:
Height: 5’1â€
Weight:Â Approximately 110 pounds
Age:Â 37
Last Seen Wearing: Tan hat, green joggers, glasses with green flowers, pink crocs, and a black/white checkered backpack.
