The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person.
A 58-year-old, Frank Dukes was last seen on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, on the 2600 block of South Bouvier Street.
He is 6′ 4″, 233 lbs., and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with an American flag on the back, black shorts and white sneakers.
