The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating missing person Messiah Ransom. Messiah was last seen July 31st, 2024, at 2:40 A.M on the 19xx block of Ridge Ave. His suspected whereabouts are unknown.
He is 19 years-of-age, brown eyes, black hair, 5’11â€, 150 lbs., and was last seen wearing a red t-shirt with “No Chill†on front, black pants and green/black Nike sneakers with white soles.
