The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. 73-year-old Phillip Wright was last seen on Friday, May 24, 2024, on the 32XX block of West York Street.
He is 5′ 9, gray hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a blue sweatshirt, blue jeans, and yellow sneakers.
