The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating an endangered missing person. 72-year-old Robert Payton was last seen on Thursday, February 29, 2024, on the 63XX block of Theodore Street.
He is 6′ 1″, 170 lbs., brown eyes and was seen last wearing a black leather jacket, blue hoodie which has grey hoodie attached, grey sweatpants, and tan boots.
