The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. 36-year-old Steven Kpou was last seen on Saturday, July 06, 2024, at 1:45 p.m., on the 22XX block of Winton Street.
He is 5′ 5″, 170 lbs., black hair and brown eyes.He frequents the area of 200 W. Rittenhouse Square and 1900 Chestnut Street.
