The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating an endangered missing person. 22-year-old Talib T. Phillips was last seen on Sunday, September 8, 2024, at 6:45 a.m., on the 55XX block of Blakemore Street.
He is 5’7″, 140 lbs., medium build, medium brown complexion, brown eyes, black hair, He was last seen wearing a white shirt, grey sweatpants, and no shoes.
