The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 3-year-old missing tender age Kalieb Allen. Kalieb was last seen June 9, 2024, at approx. 9:00AM in the area of 6xx N 32nd St. Kalieb is believed to be with Jaquia Smith, a 24-year-old black female, pictured above. Jaquia Smith left the residence with Kalieb without permission and has not returned with him. Jaquia Smith frequents the areas of 23rd and Diamond and the 1800 block of N. Van Pelt St.
Kalieb 3’0″, 30lbs., medium brown complexion, brown eyes, black hair and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black jeans, and black and white adidas shoes.
