On Thursday February 10, 2022, at 3:05 pm, an unknown male black male approached the victim, a 35-year-old-male, on the 11xx block of W Lehigh Avenue where they were involved in a dispute. During the dispute, the suspect pulled a handgun from his waistband and struck the victim over his left eye causing a laceration. The suspect arrives and leaves in dark colored Dodge Charger with what appears to be a replacement bumper cover that darker than the rest of the car, aftermarket wheels and damage to the right front fender.
