Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individual seen in the following video clip.
On June 19, 2023, at approximately 2:45am, an unknown white male climbed a fence to a parking garage of an apartment complex on the 100 block of North 2nd Street. Once inside the suspect proceeded to check car door handles and eventually took a bicycle then left the area in an unknown direction.
