On Sunday, October 9, 2022, at 6:13 PM, the complainant was inside Rite Aid Pharmacy located at 260 W. Lehigh Ave, was at the counter paying for items. After completing the purchase, the complainant left a red zippered pouch containing two (2) firearms at the check-out counter. When the complainant realized he left his pouch, he went back to the check-out counter, and found that it was gone. Video surveillance depicts an unknown black male take the pouch and began to tuck it under his sweatshirt as he left the store.
