Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individuals seen in the following still photos.
On September 14, 2024, at approximately 2:45pm, the victims were on the 1000 block of Arch Street conducting public ministry when the suspects, an unknown male and an unknown female, punched both victims, a 46-year-old-male and a 51-year-old-female, in the face. Both victims required treatment at a hospital resulting in broken teeth, a broken nose and a concussion. Both suspects then fled and were last seen south on N. 10th St.
