On February 13, 2024, at approximately 3:48 pm, a black Nissan Altima occupied by two offenders parked in the 3600 block of North 17th Street behind the two victims who were sitting in a parked vehicle. The two offenders exited their vehicle, approached the victims and fired handguns multiple times at them. Both victims were struck by the gunfire and died of their injuries. The offender’s vehicle was last seen fleeing westbound on Venango Street.
