The PPD Northwest Detective Division is attempting to identify the individuals responsible for these theft from auto / theft of firearm investigations.
From Monday, May 27th through Friday, May 30th a group of young black males are breaking into vehicles parked in the area of 30th and Clearfield and stealing items from the cars. All thefts are occurring between the times of 10:00 PM through 1:30AM. The offenders are driving two different types of black sedans. In all five investigations the offenders also steal a firearm out of each vehicle.
