The Philadelphia Police Department and the Shooting Investigation Group is asking for the public’s assistance for information in reference to a shooting that occurred on the 4600 block of C St.
On February 18, 2023, at 11:04 pm, three young males were walking on the 4600 block of C St towards Courtland St. The group slowly crossed C St mid-block, disrupting vehicular traffic. The driver of one vehicle honked at the males, prompting them to yell obscenities at the driver before one of the males fired three shots into the driver’s side of the car, striking the operator in the left thigh. All three suspects fled on foot towards Courtland St.
- Suspect Description:
Suspect #1: Hispanic male, light complexion, thin build black “paradox†brand hoodie, light gray sweatpants, light color slides and black socks.
Suspect #2: Hispanic or black male, light complexion, thin build, short dread locks, thin mustache, gray and black “Under Armour†brand jacket, black pants and sneakers.
