On April 29, 2021 at approximately 7:31 pm a light color Chrysler 200 dropped off an offender wearing all black clothing who followed a male victim to the 3500 block of Emerald Street. The offender shot the victim multiple times killing him. A second victim was struck by gunfire and suffered a graze wound.
- Suspect Description: Wearing all black clothing and a face mask. The offender was dropped off in a light color 2013-2014 Chrysler 200 with dark tinted windows with damage to the left rear hubcap, and a light color rectangular sticker on the rear bumper.
