On Monday, May 24, 2021 at approximately 5:45PM, the victim, a 55yr old female, was walking north on 13th Street from Arch Street to her vehicle. While placing packages into the vehicle an unknown black male approached her from behind and indecently assaulted her. The suspect then fled and was last seen south on 13th Street then east on Arch Street.
- Suspect Description: Black male, approximately 5’7″, 150lbs, wearing dark colored clothing with a black colored gator that covered his face.
