9. My parents had a tradesman (carpenter or something) he was paid cash didnt finish the job so they reported him to the tax authorities that he was getting paid in cash. They dont really jail you for not paying tax here instead they make you pay triple what you originaly owed and publish your name in the tax defaulters list in the national papers so everybody knows you didnt pay your tax, they know how much you didnt pay and what you have to pay now

26. well first of all you ain't really work with contractors you're working with the flunky that they got coming out there to do the work for them kind of like the guys you used to hire like rabbit and them you still ain't learning s*** 3 years in and haven't learned anything clown.

27. You should try and get quitclaim deeds from the owners of tax-delinquent properties before the properties go to tax auction. Yes, it requires a bit of research, but most/all co-owners are willing to give up their share for a reasonable sum rather than lose it all to the state at tax auction.
