17. Listening to these scammers in real time shows how cruel they are. They could be c common crook and just grab a purse and run, but they choose to do this. They are like a murderer strangling someone to death while looking into their eyes. What they are doing is slow, methodical, deliberate and personal to the victim. Pure cruelty without any empathy. Straight up psychopathic.

18. Hi! I'm a law school student working in the Elder Law Clinic. I have a case of Elder Fraud/Scam. My client has been scammed out of $1000s from "YellowPages" ads. Different Yellow Pages companies call her once or twice a month, demanding hundreds of dollars to cancel her accounts. We have submitted correspondence telling them we are representing her, but this has continued the calls. We have submitted complaints to the FTC and attorney general's offices but have yet to receive any help. We keep telling her to hang up or not answer the phone, but it stresses her out, and she wants the calls to stop. Can you help us help her?

19. im watching this now but just a thought.. the first guy you were trying to call but then texting to alert him its a scam.. maybe next time if others in the call centre can text him tooo on different numbers then maybe the victim will wonder why all these texts saying its scam.. rather than just one person texting him.. just a suggestion if you bombard the victim with texts saying ITS A SCAM DONT CLICK SEND! they might get it hopefully.. i know i would.. in your texts you should say you are talking to an indian scammer with an accent.. talk to us we are american!!!

26. I am aware this guy found the wrong LINK it shows these companies are on google and also these low end product companies one of these is a company called AONZY selling shoddy goods or nothing at all nothing turned up from the 16th of june just a con ?

27. What is legal comes as a written doc and writing from companies shows the only right way you should say I don't do business over the phone ?

28. Giving any credit card Details is a red flag banks expect you to protect your details and not to respond to unsolicited calls if you obey you become there servant?

29. Surely he should be aware if a company when they pay in they ask for your sort code and account number when these scammers contact you they don't need a credit card thats a red flag push to pay it into your Bank , which they won't do that is a con ?

31. There used to be something called an emergency breakthrough.
    You could call the operator and ask them to do an emergency breakthrough because no one would answer the phone and it was imperative that you get in touch with them.
    Usually it was if if it was busy, meaning they would be on both lines or on one and not clicking over.
    Not sure if that is still a thing or if that changed.
