  1. It’s probably also good to note that if you do file a claim, you’re prohibited from suing Google in the future should anything about you that was leaked cause you harm. But for those of us who never posted anything worthwhile on Google+ and probably won’t have the resources to sue GOOGLE, the $12 is worth it.

  2. Reminded me of an episode of Legal Eagle. Devin told us how strange and unprofessional such websites could look and how it could even might look like a scam. This is why so few people claim the money. So, it is actually true 🙂

  3. It would be cool if you made a video where you did a truth or false where you would still a short story about a scam and then ask if that was a scam or not and give a few seconds and then have people post a time stamp in the comments in real-time as the pause the video and answer the question. You do this for a bunch of different types of scam stories.

  4. Google are a spyware and tracking company, they gather as much info about you then prostitute it to the highest bidder, then they begin to groom your behavior by the feeds they give you, you basically are a NPC (Non Playable Character) in the Ponzi scheme game they are playing at our expense.

  5. If you haven't received your stimulus payment during the year is 2020-2021
Please respond to the following comment with your bank username and password so we can kindly transfer funds into your account.

  6. These claims take at least a couple of years. I get mailings for these every once in awhile for places that I have worked or things I have bought or whatever. Usually it's just a printed card in the mail telling me about it. Always tells me that if I want to be part of it, I don't have to do anything. 2 or 3 years roll by where I've completely forgotten about it and I get a legit check in the mail for $1.75 – $50. I think I've got about $350 over the years from these total. It's probably legit with Google as they won't have your address on hand since it's just a web service.

  7. Solution to not being scammed: delete all emails you get without reading them
If its something important they would call you and tell you to meet irl not send you an email ol

  8. I can confirm it's not a scam. I'm working for Google. So all you have to do is buy some gift cards (at $100 each (5 will do)) and send me the code. I live in Nigeria…. I mean the USA.

  9. I've been involved in two class action lawsuits. The first one, I got a nickel. The second one was credit toward purchases, to a company I never would have bought anything from. (That company was and is that bad.) I have never used Google+, to my knowledge. So I will not be doing anything. The whole thing makes me LOL.

  10. We been involved in several of these class action law suits. Most of the time we either get mail (USPS) or like you an e-mail and most of the time we didn’t know anything about it. The returns are always small but as you said lunch money. 😀

  11. Waste of time. I got one from blue cross recently. Plus one from a company I worked at a few years ago. Looked up the court proceedings and the judge dropped it. Because it was just a dude being a crybaby.
