22. I am a painter and get the Graco X7 that is on wheels promise it is more worth it it's 391 on Amazon comes with a 25-foot hose I would recommend getting a 50 foot hose also and a hose connector

42. Never ever buy a house that was flipped. Every corner will be cut and you will pay for all those corners for as long as you own the house. Don't rely on government inspectors to do a QA on your home. You will pay for a flipped house over and over. For example the kitchen wall is so destroyed but did the wall get fixed? Of course not, they just shimmed the cabinets. Every problem with this house was just given a band aid. A moral person would be ashamed. Joe the slum lord.
