The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 62-year-old Endangered Missing Person Donald Thorpe. He was last seen at 1:00 P.M., on Wednesday, July 21st 2021, on the 12XX block of North 19th Street.
He is 5’7″, 175 lbs, brown eyes and bald hair and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, and black sneakers.
