The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 14-year-old Missing Juvenile Javon Harrington. He was last seen at 12:30 P.M., on Thursday, May 27th, 2021, from the 4900 block of Stenton Avenue.
He is 6’0″, 145lbs, medium build, dark brown complexion, black hair (dreadlocks) with and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red hooded jacket, white shirt, white jeans and blue sneakers.
