The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Missing Juvenile Tyler Torrence. He was last seen at 7:30 P.M., on Thursday. June 3rd, 2021, from the 6600 block of N. 20th St.,
Height and weight not given, medium build, medium brown complexion, afro hairstyle and brown eyes. He was wearing white shirt and black sweatpants.
