The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 12-year-old Missing Juvenile Tylice Webb. He was last seen at 10:50 P.M., on Tuesday, March 16th, 2021 on the 84XX block of Walker Street.
He is 5’5″, 100 lbs., thin build, medium brown complexion, black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black pants, black jacket and carrying green book bag.
