The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 20-year-old Missing Person Regina Strickland. She was last seen at 12:01 P.M., on Thursday, June 23rd, 2021, from the 300 block of Schoolhouse Ln.
She is 5’8″, 130 lbs. thin build, medium brown complexion, long black hair and brown eyes. She was wearing black shorts, black furry sandals and a gray shirt.
