The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating the missing person Rodney Pittman, who was last seen at 21XX West Tioga Street at 8:45 pm.
Rodney is 54 years old, 5’8â€Â, 130 lbs., thin build, dark complexion, brown eyes, and black hair; he was last seen wearing blue sweatpants with red and white stripes on the side, a blue “Sixers†t-shirt, and a burgundy hoody.
