The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 26-year-old Missing Person Taffee Francis. He was last seen at 12:01 P.M., on Friday. June 18th, 2021, from the 100 block of Manheim St.
He is 5’10”, 175lbs medium build, medium brown complexion, black/twisted hair and brown eyes with a beard and goatee. He was wearing a black tee shirt, black shorts and black/white Nike sneakers.
