Video compilation of artillerymen during conducting live fire training exercises with the GIAT LG1, M102 and M119A3 105mm howitzers.
With a well-trained crew, a 105 mm-Howitzer can launch around ten shells per minute, in a distance of up to 15 kilometers.
Lightweight artillery can be easily airlifted by helicopter, or dropped by parachute, it is easier to change azimuth of fire and does not need a recoil pit.

Holy shit that's fast. Roughly how many times can you fire a weapon like this before you need to perform maintenance on it?
Amazing cinematography
